1. Return Eligibility
We accept returns and exchanges under the following conditions:
- The item is returned within 14 days of delivery.
- The item is unused, unwashed, unworn, and in its original packaging with tags attached.
- The item was not on final sale or part of a non-returnable category (see below).
- You provide proof of purchase (order number or confirmation email).
2. Non-Returnable Items
For hygiene and safety reasons, the following items are not eligible for return or exchange:
- Earrings or pierced jewelry
- Undergarments and swimwear
- Custom or personalized items
- Gift cards
- Items marked as “Final Sale”
3. Return Process
To initiate a return or exchange:
- Email us at cooltangerine223@outlook.com with your order number and the item(s) you’d like to return or exchange.
- Our team will guide you through the return steps and provide the return address.
- Pack your items securely and send them back. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item was incorrect or damaged.
4. Exchanges
Need a different size or color? We’re happy to help:
- If the requested item is in stock, we’ll process your exchange after receiving the original item.
- If it’s out of stock, we’ll issue a store credit or a refund as per your preference.
5. Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected:
- We will notify you via email about the approval or rejection of your refund.
- Approved refunds will be issued to your original payment method within 5–10 business days (timing may vary depending on your bank or payment provider).
- Shipping charges are non-refundable, unless due to our error.
6. Damaged or Incorrect Items
Received the wrong item or something damaged? We’re so sorry! Please contact us within 3 days of delivery with photos and order details. We’ll sort it out right away at no extra cost to you.
